Cities Dialog
Within the “Call for Sessions”, World SB14 Barcelona Conference organisers have decided to promote thematic sessions on “Cities Dialog”, “Tools” and “Mediterranean”.
These sessions will address the specific challenges within each topic.
City Topic Sessions:
organized in 3 thematic round TABLES
- T1. Health & Social inclusive development (Main topics: Poverty, segregation reduction, governance, quality of life & resilience)
- T2. Energy & Natural resources (Main topics: Low carbon, industrialized and affordable housing, energy supply and management in the smart district, resource efficiency)
- T3. Urban development & connectivity (Main topics: Urban structure, connectivity, accessibility and mobility, infrastructures and transport systems, urban mobility and environmental)

An open dialogue on social media where international experts have the opportunity to debate about the Cities future, the physical space where many of the transformation strategies towards a more sustainable world have to be elaborated, tested and executed. This dialogue aims at generating an active debate concerning this issue, with the intention to preselect City Interventions in the World SB14 Barcelona Conference.
